he application "Serene FORM" is designed to overcome the effects of stress. The application works in conjunction with an electronic device that registers physiological parameters from the users body that objectively reflect his psycho-emotional arousal in real time. The training procedure is not associated with conscious or volitional efforts and occurs through a method known in science as operant conditioning (B.F. Skinner). In practice, the training procedure consists in watching a movie that the user chooses himself. At the same time, the screen with the film periodically turns on and off synchronously with changes in the users psycho-emotional arousal. This kind of reward and punishment allows the brain to select its internal states and restructure its own work in order to resist the negative effects of stress on the body. 30 sessions of 20 minutes are required each to achieve a reliable result, which will be confirmed by independent testing. To control the result of the training, the application has a built-in test for assessing situational anxiety.
